Southern (Isle of Man) Amateur Swimming Club is a fully affiliated member of Swim England.

Membership requires us to achieve and maintain the highest standards. All our team - coaches, volunteers, committee members - have current DBS checks, have Safeguarding and Welfare qualifications and are required to maintain these under Continuous Professional Development standards. Our procedures are robust and independently-verified. We recognise the fundamental importance of maintaining the highest standards and do this without compromise. We are a responsible club run to the highest standards.

Once you have progressed past the learning stages of swimming you are ready for club swimming. And joining a club with 40 years experience in developing swimmers is the right place for you!

Getting the most from your swimming experience is what matters to us. If you want to be a strong, confident snorkel swimmer we'll help with that. If you want to confidently paddle your surf board to the big breakers, we can work with you.

Want to make it to the Island Games? You can.

Want to make the Commonwealth Games? We've done that too - Southern swimmers regularly compete at both the Commonwealth Youth Games and the Commonwealth Games.

We even send swimmers to Olympic Trials.
